My name is Brett and I’m a 22 year old guy living in Queensland, Australia. I enjoy reading, but it was only recently that a friend of mine opened my eyes to enormous world I was missing. Well that was about a year ago now, but it still feels like yesterday. I also enjoy watching anime (I loved Nana and Fullmetal Alchemist—original and Brotherhood), and listening to asian pop (Beast, 4Minute, G-Dragon etc.), so it’s a bit of a balance between the three.
I try and read as often as I can, which is usually multiple times a week. Before bed is usually when most of my reading occurs. My favourite genres include: urban fantasy, paranormal, mystery, action and generally anything else Young Adult with a bit of romance thrown in. I enjoy YA as it’s exciting, inventive and a wonderful escape from the realities of life.
